Welcome back to all experienced members, and a special welcome to our new members!! It is so wonderful to have new ideas and perspectives on the board. A very special "Thank you" goes out to outgoing members, Marty Connors and Linda Roy. We thank them for their service and dedication to LCIA. We especially wish Marty all the best in the future as he is selling his property and sadly will no longer be a part of this wonderful community.

The newly elected officers and members of the LCIA Board will hold their first meeting of the 2025-26 calendar year on August 13th at 6:30PM in Chaffee Hall.  On August 17th at 11:00AM there will be the General Membership Meeting held at which the discussion of the lowering of the lake, and any other pertinent issues will be held.  We encourage all residents to make an effort to attend this last meeting of the summer to meet the new Board and participate in the discussions and decision making process of this community.

We have a few friendly reminders for our residents as people come out of hibernation. Please be respectful of your neighbors and pick up after your pets when walking them around the lake. Keep music and other noise at a reasonable level. Remember that for the safety of beach goers and swimmers, there is no fishing at either beach and dogs are only allowed at the boat launch. Reminder that ATV's and dirt bikes are illegal on town, state and lake roads. We ask that trash be handled properly and not thrown on the sides of our roads. Let's all work together to keep the Lake Chaffee community clean, safe and beautiful for all who live and visit here.

If at any time you have questions about what is acceptable here at Lake Chaffee, you may refer to the Ordinances here on this site, or contact one of the Board Members. These regulations have been created by the board and voted on by members at the time of their implimentation. They are in place to keep Lake Chaffee a safe and enjoyable place for all.
