BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Lake Chaffee Improvement Association leadership is a BOARD OF DIRECTORS comprised of four (4) OFFICERS elected to one-year terms and six (6) DIRECTORS elected to three-year overlapping terms. One or more of the three (3) ALTERNATES, each elected to a one year term, is seated as voting member of the board in the absence of an officer or director. Elections are scheduled for the third Sunday in July. The Board of Directors normally meets at the Lake Chaffee Hall at 6:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of every month.
